Since I joined Dayforce in September 2025, I have had the privilege to attend the Sales Kick Off in January & the annual Solution Advisory Offsite as the dedicated Content specialist for the Advisory organization.

i have a strict rule of candor, and you’re your most honest when you’re caught off-guard. On the last day of our SKO, I took aside each of the 8 leaders, stuck a mic on their collars, and asked them how they felt about this moment!
it's truly not every day you get an unexpected shoutout from the VP of Solution Advisory... and catch it on tape! This smaller, more intimate setting of an off-site proved to be a different (very refreshing) challenge altogether!
some extra magical moments from the trip, and a reminiscent post on a truly transformative trip that could have not happened if my managers didn’t place trust in me. i thank my stars to have made such an impact.
